After Wagner came 3 years at Julia Richman and 4 years at Boston Univerity for an MBA. I worked for Macy's New York for 4 years as an Assistant Buyer and Sales Manager. I was terrible! So I switched careers and became a Computer Programmer for a brokerage firm, Drexel Burnham Lambert in New York. I stayed there for 13 years, until the company went bankrupt in 1990. Since then I've been a computer systems consult working for several large companies throughtout New Jersey.

During that time I met my wife while working weekends at a horse-for-hire stable in Queens. We married and moved to a small farm in New Jersey where we had several horses, dogs and cats (and an itinerant Peacock). I started fox hunting and much to my surprise became the Master in 1999 (That's kind of like "Grand Poobah"). Equally to my surprise (and dismay) my wife and I divorced in April of 2000.

At the end of 2004, I retired as Master of the Amwell Valley Hounds and then, much to my delight, on July 30th, 2005 I got married again. As a result, I've acquired a son-inlaw, stepdaughter and college aged grandson. You can see the event and read our story at http://www.marshalljacoby.4t.com .
